IMPORTANT! This is a two-day class and both sessions are required to complete the course. The class that I am attending is on Tuesday, April 23rd and Tuesday, April 30th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central time.

There are two training locations available.

  • Chipley, FL
  • Panama City, FL

ABOUT THE CLASS

This 6-hour course is designed to help you better understand the homebuying process, the financial responsibilities of homeownership, and basic home care and maintenance techniques to maintain the value of your home and save money on repairs.

This course is open to all participants, from individuals just beginning to those further along in the process. Completion of this course fulfills the homeownership education requirement for the SHIP and Rural Development programs. You are not required to apply for either of these programs to attend the class.
